The sample is the contract
Before production starts, we make a sample and you approve it. That sample becomes the reference for the whole order: leather, colour, stitch length, edge finish, hardware, branding and dimensions.
During production we check pieces against it, and finished goods are inspected before they're packed. If you need the same item again next season, the specification is on file and the reorder matches the first run.

What counts as a bulk order?
Any order of several identical or closely matched pieces. Quantities vary a lot by product, so tell us the number you need and we'll quote it.
Do I get a sample before you start?
Yes. Production begins only after you approve a sample, and that sample is the standard for the run.
Can each piece be personalised with a different name?
Yes. We can add individual names or initials to a branded run; send us the list with your order.
Can you ship to several locations?
Yes. We can ship one consolidated shipment or split it across offices in the US, UK, Canada and elsewhere.
Do unit prices change with quantity?
Usually, yes, because setup costs are shared across more pieces. We'll show you prices at a few quantities so you can choose.
