Terms and conditions

TheLeatherHunt makes leather goods to order in our own workshop in Lahore, Pakistan, and ships them worldwide. These terms apply to every order you place with us, whether it's a single custom piece, a bulk or wholesale order, or a private-label or OEM project. By confirming an order you agree to them.

Every order starts with a written quote setting out the product, materials, colours, branding, quantity, price, shipping and expected timeline. Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the quote.

A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Your order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (email or message is fine) and we receive your deposit.

There's no blanket minimum order, including for private label. Where a product has a practical minimum (for example a custom-cast buckle or printed packaging), we state it in the quote before you commit.

We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your order and begin production. The remaining 50% is due once your order is finished and approved, before it is shipped.

We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Any bank or transfer fees charged by your bank are paid by you, so that we receive the full invoiced amount.

Orders ship once full payment has been received.

For bulk, wholesale, private-label and OEM orders we make a sample for your approval before production. The approved sample becomes the standard for the whole order. If a sample is charged for, that's stated in your quote.

For single custom pieces we confirm every detail in writing before cutting, and share progress photos where it helps.

If you want changes after approval, tell us as soon as you can. Changes may affect the price and timeline; we'll confirm both before going ahead.

Every hide is different. Small variations in grain, colour, texture and natural marks are part of genuine leather and are not defects. Colours on screens and in photos can look different from the finished leather; if an exact colour matters, ask us for a physical swatch before you approve.

Designs, tech packs, logos and brand assets you send us remain yours. We use them only to quote and produce your orders, and we don't make your designs or put your branding on goods for anyone else.

By sending us a design or logo you confirm you have the right to use it, and you accept responsibility if it infringes someone else's rights.

Patterns and production tooling we develop are kept on file so you can reorder the same product later.

Timelines in quotes are our best estimate and start once your deposit is received and the design (or sample) is approved. We'll tell you promptly if anything affects your timeline. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption, customs inspections or material shortages.

We ship worldwide, including to the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Shipping cost and method are set out in your quote, and you'll receive tracking details when your order ships.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are paid by the person receiving the goods, unless your quote says we'll cover them.

Because our goods are made to order, and often personalised or branded, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for sizing or colour you approved before production.

If something arrives with a manufacturing fault, is damaged in transit, or doesn't match the specification or sample you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll repair it, remake it, or refund the affected items, whichever is most suitable.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer where those rights apply.

You can cancel free of charge before production starts, and we'll refund your deposit. Once materials have been bought or cutting has begun, we may keep part or all of the deposit to cover work done and materials ordered for you; we'll show you the costs.

Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption. Nothing here limits responsibility that can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a problem comes up, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. Any dispute that can't be settled between us will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in place when you accepted your quote.
