Shipping and returns

We ship from our workshop in Lahore, Pakistan to customers worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. If you're unsure whether we ship to you, ask; the answer is almost always yes.

Shipping depends on the size, weight and destination of your order, so it's quoted with your order. Single pieces usually travel by tracked express courier; larger orders can go by courier or freight, shipped to one address or split across several.

You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

Your quote includes an estimated production time plus shipping time. Production starts once your deposit is received and the design or sample is approved. Orders ship once the balance is paid.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are paid by the person receiving the goods, unless your quote says we'll cover them. We include accurate customs paperwork with every shipment.

Every piece is wrapped to protect it in transit. Private-label orders ship in your branded dust bags, boxes or packaging if you've ordered them.

Our goods are made to order, and usually personalised or branded, so we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for sizes and colours approved before production.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, is damaged in transit, or doesn't match the specification or sample you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery and include photos.

We'll repair it, remake it, or refund the affected items, whichever is most suitable. If we ask you to send an item back for a fault, we cover the return shipping.
