TheLeatherHunt is a leather goods manufacturer based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through theleatherhunt.com, why, and what choices you have.

When you send an inquiry or quote request we receive what you enter: your name and email address, and if you add them, your phone or WhatsApp number, country, company or brand, product details, quantities and any files you attach (photos, sketches, logos or tech packs).

Our server also records the date and time, your IP address and your browser type with each inquiry, to protect the form from spam and abuse. Like most websites, our server keeps short-term technical logs of page requests.

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, make and ship your order, and keep a record of what we've agreed. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Designs, logos and files you send stay yours. We use them only for your quotes and orders, and never make your designs for anyone else.

We share only what's needed with the services that help us deliver your order: couriers and shipping companies (your name, delivery address and phone number), payment providers, and our email and hosting providers. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We're based in Pakistan and work with customers worldwide, so information you send us is handled in Pakistan and by service providers in other countries. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure wherever it's processed.

We keep inquiries and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete inquiries that didn't lead to an order at any time.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and inquiries and uploaded files are stored on a private server that isn't publicly accessible.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live (for example in the UK, EU, US states or Canada) you may have further rights under local law, and we'll honour them.
